Footminders Orthotics Review

My feet has always been a concern for me.  I have small feet, but I have calloused feet that are extra wide.  I go through athletic shoes pretty quickly.  And I have never had much success with insoles.

I want to introduce you to Footminder Orthotics Insoles.  This company was founded in the 1990's by Australian and Dutch podiatrists.  Their high quality products are the results of years of biomechanical research and clinical trials.  They have offices in the UK, Australia, the Netherlands, and the U.S., and they are committed to providing with products that alleviate foot pain.

I got the chance to review their Orthotics for Sports (comfort) insoles.
You can see the shoes I was using, and the insoles right next to them.  I already had insoles in my shoes, but they were in need of being replaced.  So I opened the package, and I began to trim these insoles to fit my shoes.  I ordered the small size (because I have small feet), and I really did not have trim much off.
And there you can see the finished product.  I got the insoles in, and they fit very well, And now I was ready to use them for my workouts.  I work out at the gym and at home, and I do a variety of things that involve jumping, walking, dancing, and more.  I use machines, and I use the Nintendo Wii.  My shoes take a real beating, and whatever is inside my shoes is more important than the outside of the shoes.

I was glad that I had read what the company said about the insoles possibly not feeling that comfortable at first.  They told me that orthotic insoles take some time to mold to your feet.  And they do.  I am now have worn them for the third or fourth day in  a row, and my feet feel very supported--especially on the heel.  In fact, today they seemed like they had molded to my feet much better.  I also like the fact that they do not move around in my shoes like some insoles do.

I only have one little criticism.  I would have preferred an insole with more support on the balls of my feet.  I am one of those people who puts a lot of stress on the balls of my feet, and rarely do I find an insole that fully supports this area.  While these did better in that area than most insoles I have tried, I still would prefer one with more support in that area.  But I only say this because my feet are weird.  And I mean that.  The majority of people never have that problem.

The company has a wide range of insoles from which to choose.

  • Orthotics for dress shoes
  • Orthotics for sports shoes and work boots
  • Orthotics for high heels
  • Orthotics for children
So if you are looking for insoles for any occasion, I invite you to check out Footminders.  You are sure to find insoles that will work better than the cheap ones you might pick up in the drugstore.  These are far superior to those, and I think your feet will be very happy.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
