My Daughter's Letter to Santa

I realize I don't normally share things that my daughter does.  But this is one time I really need to.  My daughter, Martha, had the opportunity to write a letter to Santa this week about what she wanted for Christmas.  And indeed she did.  It was a school assignment that she took very seriously,   Follow the link to read her insightful letter.

Hilarious Holiday T-shirt Review

I absolutely love holiday and Christmas clothes, and so does my daughter.  There is something special about the holiday season and being able to wear things that show my love of the season.  It seems like there are so many different kinds of shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, and more out there from which to choose.  And even though I only wear these kinds of clothes for a few weeks each year, it is important to find nice-looking, well-made clothes so they can last for many years to come.

When I was asked to review a holiday t-shirt, I decided to let my daughter wear it instead of me.  Her shirt looks just like the one above except that it is black.  She is nine years old and practically doesn't believe in Santa any more, but she absolutely loved this shirt!  I did, too.  The shirt was well-made, and several people commented on how cute it was.  After all, what kid doesn't wonder what Santa considers "naughty"?

I was quite pleased with how easy it was to embellish my very own picture.  I took a picture from this spring and added a sleeping Santa to it.  I had to upload several before I found the one I wanted.  I also liked the various Santa poses they had featured. There is sure to be at least one that you will like!

Because the company does not ship you a printed picture (but you can have it printed at Walgreen's!), you are able to share it online and print it how you would like to print it.  I have not attempted a print yet--I probably will tomorrow.  Talk about cheap holiday presents (especially for distant family members that you just don't see!).
