Yes, I have been cleaning out my room again.  I have found a lot of great things, and this one is no exception.  I have had a rather unregulated menstrual cycle since my divorce.  Stress as well as other things seem to affect it.  And, I'm not as young as I used to be.  So a few years ago, I began to order Nature's Way Femaprin (Vitex), 60 Capsules.  I did find that it worked for me for quite a while--a good year or two.  Since that time, I switched to a different supplement that works better for me.
