I decided that this week I would use it, and I found that the recipes were not hard to make and seemed to be able to be made with readily available ingredients. I like that the food is somewhat healthier and not made with all the unhealthy convenience foods.
So here is the meal plan for this week:
Meal 1:
German Apple Pancake (p. 19)
Sausage Patties
Meal 2:
Baked Ravioli (p. 184)
Meal 3:
Tortilla Chicken Casserole (p. 225)
Meal 4:
Golden Raisin Salad (p. 295) use craisins instead of golden raisins; add feta cheese
Flaky Almond Croissant Bake (p. 39)
I have to get back into the habit of reviewing last week's meals. They were all good! Taste of Home has not been a disappointment.
