Okay, I am not a camper. I probably will never be a devoted camper. Camping was never stress-free--it was always full of stress. Most of that came from sub-par camping gear and an unhappy family. But the author does a marvelous job of sharing the benefits of camping and how it can truly be a way to reduce stress in today's fast-paced society. While I may not take her up on all of her ideas, she did give me something to consider. I know my daughter would jump at the chance, and I know that her points are valid. If nothing else, she gave me something to think about. And maybe camping in the backyard is a real possibility!
I was sent a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. I was not financially compensated, and all opinions are 100 percent mine.
