A recent stress survey carried out by the American Psychological Association in 2011 found that women are more stressed than men and that money is their number one stressor, topping off work and the economy. Basically, these findings show that even though men feel stressed over money, women feel it more and at higher levels. So why is money a more troubling stressor for women? This book will explain why and provide practical money management solutions.

This has probably been my most favorite book in the series so far.  Time management is a premium commodity in this day and age.  I know I find myself running out of time, and I love her practical suggestions.  I have never considered tracking my time and making adjustments in that way, and I think I may just have to try this.  I love the fact that this is geared towards women, and the author asks you to do nothing that it overly difficult to do.  I would highly recommend this to any women who find themselves short on time.

Women tend to carry their stress in both mental and physical ways, and that's why the combination of an artistic outlet and an exercise program can truly benefit a woman. There is no easier hobby to begin than gardening, no matter how complex that actual garden. Whether you choose a container gardening garden plan, or toss some seeds into the backyard, this book will show you how to use gardening for stress relief as a wonderful addition to your life and lifestyle.

Gardening For Stress Relief by Darlene Josaphe

First of all, I am not a gardener in any sense of the word. I don't like doing outdoor activities such as that. However, I really enjoyed this book and the many practical suggestions the author shared. It got me thinking about seriously considering an herb garden. That has been something I have wanted to do. And my daughter would love creating and maintaining a garden. Therefore, perhaps the time has come.

I have always appreciated books like this since I really know very little about essential oils and their benefits. This is a great reference for everything aromatherapy. The author details which scents and oils are good for which purposes. She tells you practical helps to help you determine how to get started and the best ways to use all these herbs and scents. I plan to keep this to refer to from time to time when I have questions concerning what oils to use.
