ReplyDeleteI use yogurt in baking, as a substitute for some of the oil. This zucchini bread recipe that I make calls for 1/2 cup of oil. I use 1/4 cup of oil and 1/4 of yogurt, and it comes out so moist and delicious.

I'm a big yogurt fan and Chobani happens to be my favorite. What I don't like are the yogurts that purport to taste like desserts. Ew. Give me plain or some fruit and I'm happy.
ReplyDeleteI meant to mention above that my mom and I found out recently, while having some Chobani of course, that we eat it the same way! We both eat off about half of the top - the plain yogurt - before mixing in the fruit. It was a cool little moment between mom and me.
