Winner and clarification

I have just chosen the winner of my giveaway that ended tonight.  She has been contacted.

I wanted to clarify why comments did not close at 9 P.M. I said pacific standard time--daylight time began here today.  So I decided to keep the comments open  for that reason.  For the remainder of the giveaways open now, I will be going with Daylight time instead of Standard time.
