Trick-Or-Treat for Unicef--Mom Bloggers for Social Good

I first learned about UNICEF when I was a child.  How?  Well, it was because of my love of old movies and musicals.  I was a Danny Kaye fan, and he was a UNICEF ambassador back in the day.  It's always amazing how celebrities can truly engender interest in social causes such as this.

UNICEF is an organization that has been helping kids worldwide for over 60 years.  And their Trick-or-Treat is very successful in raising this much-needed money.  Anyone can participate in this event.  All you need to do is order your boxes here  Then you can "trick-or-treaing" to raise funds (or you may hold any other kind of fundraiser).  This money that is raised will go to help UNICEF provide clean water, nutrition, education, and so much more to children all over the world.  This year's boxes are different (and so cute, as you see above). And if you just don't have the time to collect the money like you want to, here's a simple idea everyone can do:

Text  the word “TOT” to UNICEF (864233) to make a $10.00 donation to Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF *.

Creativity is encouraged, and you can even design your own character box, take a picture, and submit them online to enter the contest.  Check out all the amazing information here, and know that the entry deadline  is October 31st!  Imagine being able to distribute 1000 boxes of your design to your friends, family, and colleagues!
