This Day in History October 31, 1920



Did you know that there is a Halloween Capital in our country?  On this date in 1920, the Anoka, Minnesota became the first U.S. town to celebrate Halloween.  In previous years, teenagers were doing all sorts of pranks throughout the town anyway, so they figured that making is a celebration would help.
