The Juppy Baby Walker Review

I am well past the age of having a little one around, but because I have a good friend with a grandbaby (and three more on the way), I got the chance to review a Juppy Baby Walker.  By the time I heard about these baby walkers, my daughter was already walking, so I missed the opportunity.  These things are fantastic!
Read the description:

"We were already the best, now we are even better. The Juppy Baby Walker is designed with safety and comfort in mind; safety and comfort for both you and your child. The Juppy builds confidence in your baby and teaches balance while allowing you to maintain your natural posture. You will never have to bend your lower back while teaching your baby to walk. The Juppy has easily adjustable straps that accommodate your height whether you are 4’11” or 6’11”. The Juppy comes standard with soft hand grips that are strategically placed to provide optimum benefit for your hands; a color matched state of the art zipper is located at the rear of The Juppy for the purpose of safety, easy access and exit. You will find two Velcro straps that overlap the back zipper which again shows our commitment to providing you the safest and most practical baby walker on the market. Unlike traditional baby walkers The Juppy is a parent assisted baby walker which eliminates all of the dangers of walkers with wheels. The unique design eliminates the problems associated with similar products for example other parent  assisted walkers do not have the crotch piece which is essential in keeping your baby from involuntarily lifting its arms. No more falling down stairs or reaching for dangerous objects because The Juppy requires your assistance at all times- The Juppy is easily transportable- It fits in your purse- It’s easy for grandparents to use- No assembly required- Suitable for boys and girls- One size fits all (baby weight not to exceed 35lbs). Made from 100% cotton that is machine washable."

I ordered a Juppy Baby walker for my friend's granddaughter.  Her granddaughter has just passed the six month mark, and the mother of this little girl  is pregnant with twins.  We didn't have it personalized since more grandchildren are on the way.  We got a black one, and I love the fact that it came with a carrying case.  I waited a while to review so that they had plenty of time to review.  And I have to admit that I was a little bit surprised.

My friend's granddaughter would have nothing to do with the walker.  That's right!  The mother absolutely loved the walker because it was easily adjustable.  She tried very hard to get her little one to accept this walker, but she would not.  I talked with my mom about why she might not.  All we could think of  was that maybe she was started too late on the walker.  The baby is very active, and she does not like to feel confined.  I am glad that she has more grandchildren coming because I believe that at least one of the grandchildren coming will love this.

It's always strange how different our children are.  Sometimes no matter what you do, a child will not accept something that is wonderful like this product.  I would recommend introducing your baby to this as soon as he or she begins to sit up.  I think early introduction is often the key.  So don't worry.  This is certainly not a negative review.  My friend had only positive things to say.  After all, the mother was able to use the walker even though she is pregnant with twins, and I know she will use it were her little ones.

So if you are looking for a great baby shower gift, I would recommend this item.  The Juppy Baby Walker is an essential baby item, as far as I am concerned.  Again, I wish I had this item.  My daughter had a stationary jumper, and it was great.  But this would have been an outstanding thing for both of us!
