This Day in History February 21, 1948

I admit to not being a race enthusiast, but in case you are interested, on this date in 1948,  National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) was incorporated.  It was originally founded by a small group of racers, but as I am sure you know, this is a very popular sport that is headquartered in Daytona, Florida.

    We love going to the races. Somehow the excitement wears my daughter out and she always falls asleep! How she can sleep through so much noise is totally beyond me.
