Tree Hut Tropical Mango Shea Sugar Body Scrub Review

When it comes to taking a shower, I have enjoyed using body scrubs off and on for several years.  My problem is that I can't seem to find one that I really like that works well on my skin.  My skin tends to dry out pretty easily in the shower.  I don't struggle with skin allergens, but I do find that products that are too harsh or not full of the best ingredients, my skin tends to itch--sometimes almost unbearably.  So I have not used a body scrub for quite some time.

I have heard of Tree Hut, and I have heard of Sugar Scrubs, but I have never tired either.  I jumped at the chance to try this product, and from the first moment I opened it, I was hooked.  The smell alone was enough to drive me wild!

I did not read the ingredients before I tried this myself.  I admit it--I just jumped right in and tried it.  The feeling of this scrub was unbelievable!  It was not too rough on my skin, and it felt so good on my skin.  There is enough of a "scrub" to it that it effectively removed the dead skin cells from my body, but it also had enough moisturizing properties that it left my skin feeling soft and not dried out!

One thing I like to do when testing a product such as this is compare it to similar products that I have been using.  Without naming names of other products, I used another "scrub," and it was so harsh that it left behind red streaks on my skin.  I also used a regular shower gel with a scrub brush, and the results were absolutely disastrous!  My skin itched so much that I decided I would NEVER use that product again in that fashion.

When I went back to the Tree Hut scrub, I was so relieved.  I think my skin thanked me!  I know this is a product I will continue to use in the future.  I am already making plans to buy this product in the future.  This is something I can actually use every time I take a shower and not fear my skin drying out.
