What if I told you that you could send a card that would be completely memorable? They would not throw it away, and they could even "play" with the card. I am talking about none other than Send a Flying Card. Imagine sending a card that "flies" to the recipient with a very special customized message.
If you look at the picture of the card at the top of the post, you will notice that they customized it with my logo. How nice to have a flying disc with my logo! I like the fact that they put it on a gold disc. I haven't let my daughter or dog play with this yet--too neat! This one of those things that I would like to keep for a while.
You might wonder how a company like this got started. It is a family-owned business whose headquarters are in New York. As I read the story of the beginning of their company, I found myself smiling. Imagine buying a plastic flying disc and asking in the post office if it could be sent like that (without a box or packaging). And the response was a somewhat reluctant affirmative.
