I read (on average) a book a day. I have terrible eyesight--even corrected. Oftentimes, I having to read in reduced lighting--especially when I am reading in the car. Add the end of daylight time, and you can imagine how hard it is to read in the dark (don't worry--my mom is driving. I don't read and drive!). I have had to use those stupid clip-on lights, and I never had good success with them. I always have to move the light all around, and every time I turn the page, I have to move the clip on light.
When this item first arrived, I didn't know how to turn it on. I had to consult the directions--always a good idea, I know. But it was easier than I thought.
All you have to do is turn the head up, and you have light. There is a brightness setting as well, but trust me, the light is plenty strong enough on the first setting. The cord is very comfortable and easy to adjust. And I found that when I used this light, I used it even when I wouldn't have normally used a light. It was bright outside, but this made it so much easier to read. I honestly do not know how on earth I ever survived with this item before!

I sit at my computer late at night and hate to turn the lights-but sometimes the monitor light is not enough. This seems like it would be perfect for that use! I'm sure I can think of others LOL Thanks for a chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI would love it for reading at night, and writing. Decreased night vision has lead to inability to knit with dark yarns or hand-sewing on dark fabrics in the evening, and reading will be next. Appreciate your consideration, i could really use this.
