This is an ideal thing to get ready for all those great spring break and summer trips. I don't know about you, but I hate weighing my luggage. The airlines have so many restrictions, and if you go over, you will pay extra. In the past, my only option was to pack the suitcase and put is on a scale, not matter how difficult it was to get it to set straight on the scale. And you know how luggage has wheels, and it is often bigger than the scale you are using. I never feel I get an accurate weight.


With this scale, you are able to attach the cord to a secure place on the luggage. All you do then is lift up the luggage and weight for the beep on the scale. It will give you an accurate weight. Guesswork is done!


Now, I will be honest. I did not actually use it on luggage. I am not going anywhere at the moment, but I discovered that this was an ideal scale for anything that does not fit on a scale (as long as it weighs a least a pound--it did not weight my digital camera very well!). As I looked for something that would be easy to weigh, I decided to weight our litter box. Okay, that sounds funny, I am sure. But hear me out. My dad often complains about how heavy the litter box is. I can now report to him that it is 16.7 pounds--it does not weigh nearly as much as he would like us all to believe!  


I look forward to using this for a number of things. My best friend, Martin, will be going back to England in May, and I have already told him we will use that to make sure that his luggage does not go over the weight limit. Be sure to :
