Satisfied Saturday--Kraft Recipes This Week (October 16-22)

This week. my brother will be here off and on.  It's a long story.  You've heard me speak about my dad and his issues before on here.  He is starting to become violent, and my brother wants to be here to help protect my mom, my daughter, and me.  Thankfully, because my dad is in frail health, he is only verbally abusive.  We hope and pray things don't become physical, but God is in control.  

Anyway, here are the recipes for the week:

Meal 1:

Rice, Beans

Meal 2:
Veggies

Meal 3:

I will double this and have veggies too.

Meal 4:

Dessert:


Last week's recipes were wonderful except for the Sesame Chicken.  The rice I made got somewhat burnt, and I don't think I had enough chicken with the sauce.  But I won't fault the recipe!  I will make the Pumpkin Bars tomorrow.  I was happy with how fast the recipes went together.  If you need quick meals, try the casseroles.  They are good and very easy to make!
