Cedar Fort Book Tours: "Jeremy's Christmas Journey" by Scott A. Johnson Book Review

For Jeremy, Christmas is just another reminder that he’ll never be able to enjoy the things that come so easily to other children. Then one night he has a dream that will change everything. Accompanied by stirring music, this story of finding faith and discovering the power of the Master Healer is sure to be cherished at Christmastime and all year long.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What a completely refreshing Christmas story.  This is a squeaky clean book that will remind you of the real meaning of Christmas.  It will also review some of the wonderful stories of Scripture that prove that Jesus was and is who He claims to be--the Son of God and the Savior of the World.  Some of my favorite parts of the book were the songs.  Each character who testified to the veracity of Christ's claim sang a beautifully written song that I only wish I could have heard in action.  There is not a thing I would have changed with this story.  I believe that young adults, adults, and some children would enjoy this story equally.

This book also deal with the age-old question:  "If Jesus is who He says He is, why do bad things happen to good people?"  So many of us have at one time or another questioned the reality of Christ and wondered why trials and tribulations have been sent our way.  This is a perfect time of year to ponder such things and to reach a conclusion that may surprise you (but is certainly accurate).

I was sent a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.  I was not financially compensated, and all opinions are 100 percent mine.
