This is an amazing cookbook for ice cream!  I was absolutely fascinated as I flipped through the various sections of this book.  The first chapter has the basic recipes, and everything else builds on these.  She even has a light ice cream recipe!  The recipes are simple, easy, and delightful.  She has milkshake recipes as well as more complex ice cream creations.

I love the fact that she tells you that you do not need an expensive ice cream maker, and she says you can use the "ice cream in a bag" method if you would like to.  She also shares some tips about using eggs and candies.  Very practical and very easy.

The pictures were fantastic, and every recipe makes me want to start making ice cream at once!  I plan to make one of her special treats soon, and I am sure it will turn out well!  This is fantastic little book that every ice cream enthusiast should pick up at once!
