I don't know about your kids, but my 9-year-old daughter loves to play with balls.  In fact, she is often very protective of them.  And the quality of her balls is often not that good.  And there is really nothing that special about them.  So even with her protective nature, she often leaves the balls outside, and they easily get ruined by the elements or our animals.  And then I have the supreme joy (hah!) of replacing them.

I am so glad that I discovered a phenomenal company called Make-A-Ball.  This is a company that was created for the sole purpose of making special, personalized balls.  These make ideal, unique gifts for the sport enthusiast or athletic person in your life.  You can personalize these balls with family photos and more.  At this point, the company is able to personalize the following kinds of balls:

• accessories (various cases and stands for displaying these balls)

For my review, I specifically asked for a softball since the recipient was is my daughter.  And the company was very happy to oblige.  I sent in some special pictures of my daughter's cats, and I requested the colors I would like used.  I also requested that the writing be something about "my cats."  And in about a month, this is what arrived in the mail.

I was absolutely astounded!  I had a hand in creating it, but I honestly have to give credit to their design team!  My daughter was so excited to receive this, and I have even allowed her to play with it inside.  It is fully functional, but I have discovered that my daughter protects this ball with a degree of devotion I have not seen from her other balls.  I have never seen this outside in the weather nor in the dog's mouth.  She loved the colors, and the pictures were stunning.  Never in my wildest dreams would I have dreamed that this would have been such an amazing product.  I knew it would be good, but I had no idea how good!

With the holidays fast- approaching, now is the time to think about the athletic or sports person on your list.  Although Make-A-Ball is a great company, know that you will have at least a month's wait (possibly 5 weeks) to receive your product.  That is why it is imperative that you begin now if you want a personalized ball under the tree this Christmas.  Imagine the smiles on Christmas morning!
