I had the great chance to review this fantastic Chipolte Ranch Pasta Salad from Plentiful Pantry. I had never heard of this company previously, but their website is full of fantastic quick meals, pasta, and dessert mixes.
Here is a description of the pasta salad mix:
Classic ranch flavor with a new twist! We kicked up the flavor in this pasta salad with a little heat and a lot of attitude. Keep it simple by tossing the dressing and pasta together, or add red bell pepper, red onion, and chicken for a wonderful "South of the Border" taste.
This could not have come at a better time. We had a church potluck coming up, and amazingly, we had everything that was needed to make this. I did follow the simple instructions, but in addition to the chicken, milk, and mayonnaise I had to add (and some peppers, too), I added some crispy bacon to it.
It was not too spicy at all. We could have added the little tobasco sauce that came with it, but since I was taking it to church, I tried to be mindful of the fact that not everyone likes things spicy. My mom and I both loved it, and we didn't have much to bring home! So I would say it was a hit, and it was so easy to make.
Now for your chance to win the same pasta mix that I reviewed. Please place all your entries in the rafflecopter form below by 9 P.M. Pacific Time on March 25. And it is only open to U.S. bloggers (sorry!).
