Meal 2: Fruited Pork Chops p. 90

Meal 3: Ground Beef 'N' Biscuits p. 80
Veggies
Meal 4: Beef Barley Stew p. 66
I am working hard to have healthy meals--I am still struggling to lose weight, but I am very thankful that I have not gained any!
