Satisfied Sunday--Fix It and Forget it Lightly (2/22-2/26)

For this week, I am using my Fix and Forget it Lightly Cookbook--shown here:



Here is what I will be making:

Meal 1:  Beans with Kielbasa p. 204
Cornbread

Meal 2:  Fruited Pork Chops p. 90
Rice/Veggies

Meal 3:  Ground Beef 'N' Biscuits p. 80
Veggies

Meal 4:  Beef Barley Stew p. 66

I am working hard to have healthy meals--I am still struggling to lose weight, but I am very thankful that I have not gained any!
