Meal Plan Monday (2/27-3/4)

Last week was fairly successful.  This week I am back online.  So here goes--quick, low-fat dishes.

Meal 1:  Main Dish Chicken Salad  (I do plan to substitute a few things--craisins, raisins, etc.)
             Biscuits

Meal 2:  Low-Fat Pasta Primavera I plan to add some turkey kielbasa to it.

Meal 3:

Chicken-Fried Steak with Sausage Gravy (Yes, I know.  This one is not the healthiest, but I don't mind an occasional splurge.)
Green Beans
Mashed Potatoes

Meal 4:
Buttered Noodles
Carrots
