Get Ready for the New Year With Slim Fast

Well, Slim Fast has done it again!  They are kicking off their new diet plan called Slim·Fast® 3·2·1 plan.  One of their staples is their shakes--which I was privileged to try.

Here is some information about this new Slim-Fast plan:

Of course, the question everyone wonders is--do these shakes live up to all the advertising hype? 

First of all, before I do that (and I will, I promise!), here is a little more information about the shakes:

When I went to the store, I picked out the Cappuccino Delight.  I remember the days when they only had chocolate and vanilla.  I love the choices they have now!  And I have to say that this shake did not disappoint!  The flavor was rich and creamy.  Based on past experience, I told my mom that there was no way this shake would full me up for much more than an hour.  Boy, was I ever wrong!  It says it will keep you full for up to 4 hours, and I really was not hungry for about 3 hours afterwards.  I really can't complain!  I was impressed with everything about these shakes.  I found that I didn't even crave sweets and empty calories during those few hours!
